I have constantly had a passion for helping others achieve their dreams and goals. I have a background in Social Media Marketing, B2B Sales, and Business Operations with large corporations including Lululemon, Gap Inc, GEICO, and Verizon as well as small BIPOC owned businesses including Pink Print Firm, Coaching for Everyone, Velocity Leadership Consulting, and NattyFit.

I studied Psychology and Business at Virginia Commonwealth University.

Experiencing many ups and downs, I have developed the grit and tenacity to withstand life’s storms, along with conflicts in business. Ever-learning and growing, I am looking forward to creating a lasting impact to ensure a strong foundation is laid for my clients businesses to last for generations to come. I have learned that grace, agility, and mindful communication is an essential part of cultivating partnerships.

My efforts have resulted in business owners transitioning from growing their business part-time to becoming full-time entrepreneurs. I have supported Executives who shouldered majority of their business operations to creating a team they can delegate tasks to in order to work with more ease.

Throughout my career, I have not always witnessed fast growth and immediate success, but I continue to be intentional with creating progress and moving the needle forward to achieving my dreams and goals. I center my work in spreading love + light, nurturing relationships, and restoring communities.
